Multicultural Identity & Belonging

Black and white drawing of a cartoon character with a large head, small body, and big eyes, in a playful pose.

For the ones who live between worlds.

You don’t have to split yourself to belong.

You may identify as multiracial, bicultural, or a child of immigrants. You’ve learned to code-switch, make others comfortable, and carry the weight of traditions you’re expected to uphold—but rarely feel fully connected to.

You might be holding:

  • Internalized shame or confusion about who you are

  • Grief around rejection, invisibility, or disconnection

  • Family expectations that feel heavy or misaligned

  • Exhaustion from constantly explaining or justifying yourself

This is a space to explore identity on your terms—without judgment, without pressure, and without having to translate your experience.

What We’ll Work On:

  • Navigating internal conflict, loyalty, and identity confusion

  • Reclaiming your cultural voice, pride, and personal truth

  • Making peace with non-belonging and finding self-anchored wholeness

  • Releasing narratives of “not enough” across cultures, languages, or lineages

I bring lived experience and cultural humility to this work. As a multiracial therapist, I understand how layered and nuanced these wounds can be.

Let’s get back to the you that feels most like you.
