This is healing that goes deeper than language.
You don’t need to “figure it all out” to begin healing. Some trauma lives in the body, outside of narrative memory.
What Sessions May Include:
Somatic awareness to access and release stored trauma, and to reconnect with your body’s wisdom
Optional spiritual tools (tarot, astrology, dreamwork) to invite meaning and integration
Space to slow down, feel, and trust your inner experience
This work is gentle, intuitive, and client-led. You don’t have to revisit trauma in order to release it—you just have to be willing to listen to what your body already knows.
